Melvin Sokolsky










Melvin Sokolsky  was born in 1938 in New York.
He was only 21 when he started working in Harper's Bazaar producing the "bubble" and "fly" series. 
Models would really float in giant plastic bubbles suspended in the air above the Seine river in Paris
Those photos where taken in 1963 -1965. 

Wish I could fly..
